Yes, that was a long title, but I couldn't figure how to shorten it.

We had to take Markus with us to the bank the other day, and he was pretty good until the last 15 minutes or so. We made the mistake of thinking he'd be satisfied with the games I had on my iPhone. The best laid plans of mice and men ...

Please share with me your best advice on what sorts of things to bring along when you have to bring the little ones with you when you visit the accountant or meet your banker or ... whatever.

I only take my son to the bank if I am making a quick deposit. Anytime I have a business appointment, with a client, or if the bank is going to take a while, I ask a family or friend to take him (in exchange for me taking their kid another day), or, if I have to, I hire a sitter. My son is pretty good, but if any sort of professional business has to be conducted, he stays home.
