Whether you are planning on an FHA loan or some other type of loan, it is important to plan ahead. Especially if you want the first time home buyer tax credit, which expires on November 30, 2009, unless there is an extension.

I wonder if it might help for people considering using this tax credit for a first home purchase to get some more info before signing the contract.
