With two little boys at different stages of development, it can be a daily struggle to enforce disclipline in the house without appearing to come down harder on one or the other.

The older boy just sees the younger one getting away with things he'd get in trouble for because, well, he's older and knows better. And the younger one almost always obeys, so the times when he doesn't come across more as funny than as bad behavior.
